Learning English is really a necessity for everyone in today’s world. The Internet has really created a cohesive global community, and the universal language is English. It is not uncommon to have around the world for American, Canadian, Australian and British companies, employees, partners and customers. The travel industry, international politics, internet and media are now predominantly English and to maintain order in today’s world, people find that they need more and more English speaking. No matter where you live or what you do, speak fluent English to be a necessity to function in today’s society.
As one of the most widely spoken language in English is known as an international language. Even in countries where it is not the official language, it is always spoken more often each day. To affect the current global media, English is the most common second language in the world. More than 400 million people speak English as their mother tongue and more than 700 million have learned as a second language.
We live now in the “Information Age”, and if you think about it, most of this information in English. Most Web sites, magazines, books, videos and research materials are in English. If you use Internet at all in your business or personal relationships, I am sure you are beginning to realize this. Actually most of the software on the market today in English and so even with the computer more and more difficult if you do not speak English.
